I cannot log into the Members Only site.

It is likely that there is a setting on your computer preventing access to these pages.   Please try the following steps:

  • The Members Only site requires that cookies are enable to view it.  Please be sure that your cookies are enabled. To do this, go to TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS > PRIVACY.  There should be an option to override the default settings and allow specific sites.  Click EDIT and add memberewga.com to the ALLOW list.
  • Be sure that your Internet Explorer refreshes Every Visit to the Page.  To change this setting, go to Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet Files > Settings.  Change your settings to "Check for a newer version of the page ON EVERY VISIT TO THE PAGE".  Once this is done, close your Internet Explorer and reopen it to go to the Members Only site. 
  • Also, it could be that your internet security software is preventing the site from loading properly. Do you use a security package such as McAfee or Norton? Sometimes those programs prevent cookies from being stored which would prevent you from seeing some pages on the Members Only site. Please refer to your security package's documentation for more information with this.

I would like to change information on my account. Where do I go to accomplish this?

Log into the Members Only site.

If you have successfully logged in, your ID and Name will appear on the left hand side of the screen under PROFILE.

Click on your name on the left hand side of the screen under PROFILE.

This screen will appear with all of your information on it. To change, click the edit button located near the top right hand side of the page. When you are finished updating   your information, click the submit button also located in the top right hand side of the page.

I would like to sign-up as a substitute on a particular course. Can you please tell me how?

League sign-ups are operated by individual Chapters. Read more about your local Chapter so you can join in the fun.

I can't log on to my Chapter's members only area. What is my password?

Each Chapter is run and managed by volunteers. These volunteers are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Chapter website and the administration of any members only areas. Follow this link to the Find an EWGA near You directory. Once you have found your Chapter, click on the link. This will give the roster of your Chapter Board. They should be able to help you with getting your password.

Who do I contact for more information about the Chapter?

The Chapter's volunteer membership chair usually can usually answer your question. If not, they can point you in the direction of where to obtain the information. Find your membership chair by following this link. Each Chapter also has an e-mail assigned to it. This can be found on the Chapter Directory page by clicking on the Chapter link.

When does my Chapter meet?

Each Chapter has a different schedule. Please check the Chapter directory for the Chapter(s) you are interested in. Click on the Chapter link to get more information.  

Is there an EWGA near me?

Follow this link to find an EWGA nearest you. Then choose United States or International. You will then be asked to input your location.
